We can gather the many Biblical passages on OFFERINGS.
We then ask WHAT REQUIREMENTS or CONDITIONS must
be met before a sacrifice is met.

The database query shows that
- there are offerings that are OBLIGATORY if something
happens (for example, if you SIN or if you must
THANK God for some good event)

- there are offerings that are VOLUNTARY -- that
is they are brought because you feel like bringing
them--but no event necessitated their being brought
