spreadsheet method. The spreadsheet method includes

- clarifying a compilcated geometric design

Rashi: (Citing other verses) TZIN is in the SouthEast of
Israel while CHAMATH is in the NORTHWEST. Thus the spies
journey on a map looked like a mirror image of an L
(The went on the bottom of the L from SE to SW and then
went UP the L from SW to NW)
