Rabbi Teitz mentions how incalcitrant husbands can be made to sit in jails
for years if they don't cooperate and give a get.
The Talmud speaks about "beating a person" till he says "I will give the
get" and does so. What is this option not used anymore? Considering what
happens in jails why is the Talmudic option seen as "less humane" than the
modern option.
