NOTES
-----
*1 An alignment of Ex22-27 sheds light on its meaning

        A Judge Do not curse
A President In your nation Do not curse
           *1 *2 *3

*1*2 Presidents in your nation (human presidents) shouldn't
be cursed; But JUDGES (E-Lo-Hi-M) whether HUMAN or DIVINE
        should not be cursed

This would explain the position of the Rambam who derives
the prohibition of cursing EITHER God or Human Judges from
this one verse (Cf Sanhedrin 26:1 and Idolatry 2:8)

*2 There appears to be a controversy between Rashi and Radack
on the meaning of E-Lo-Hi-M on this verse. See the main
   posting for details.
