VERSE: Dt20-02c
RULE:There are about 15 commandments that require some
type of recitation.
(a) If the Bible simply says "say" then
it can be said in any language
(b) But if the Bible indicates the recitation with SOME TYPE OF
EMPHASIS then the recitation must be said in Hebrew
(c) The general rule of thumb is that COMMUNAL commandments
require Hebrew recitation
