Dt29-14b "God is making this treaty BOTH with you who are here
          as well as with THOSE WHO ARE NOT HERE"

RASHI: The phrase THOSE WHO ARE NOT HERE refers to the future
       unborn generations.

RULE: Very often the Bible will create a phrase from known words
Although the meaning of each word is known nevertheless the
phrase itself has a new meaning.
