VERSE: Ex02-13d

RULE:The fundamental meaning of the Hebrew root RESH-AYIN is
FRAGMENTED from which we get two groups of meaning
        (A) FRAGMENTED
        (B) SHEPARDS (either because the act of grazing is slow
and fragmented or else because pasture has a
          typically broken fragmented appearance(A field
is not solid) Those who wish may simply consider
          these two separate meanings)

EXAMPLES of FRAGMENTED MEANING:
------------------------------
(1) Fragmented sound (Teruah shofar blast)
(2) Brainstorming (Fragmented thoughts)
(3) Depression (Feeling fragmented)
(4) Evil-impetuousness (Fragmeneted behavior that does not
                        look on the whole)

EXAMPLES OF SHEPARD MEANING
---------------------------
(1) Pasture (Grazing grounds)
(2) Shepards
(3) Colleagues/Friends (People who shepard each other)
(4) Business associates (like a group of shepards)

NOTE: The terms "colleagues" "business associates" refer to
people who "act like shepards with each other" using
an unspoken law of reciprocity (they help each other
out on the pasture but will take the law into their
        own hands if double crossed)

EXAMPLES OF RASHIS:
------------------
(1) "When you come into the vineyard of your RESH-AYIN"
        >RESH-AYIN=Business Associate

(2) "Let all Egyptians borrow utensils from their EMPLOYERS/OWNERS"

(3) "And he said to the evil one 'Why do you hit your RESH-AYIN'"
        >You are behaving like a bunch of shepards on the wild
        >Why do you fight--why not settle your dispute

(4)There are many Commandments where it says
"Do such and such to your "RESH-AYIN"
These commandments only apply to Jews.
They also apply to non-jews if they behave "in reciprocity"
   with Jewish law
(In the main posting 9 Law classes from Jewish law are reviewed
where the Bible uses the term RESH-AYIN. It is shown that all
these laws apply to JEWS and they also apply to NON JEWS if
they live in reciprocity with us
