*1--Law applies to any adult kidnapper (man or woman)

*1 The actual sinners are cut off
*2 The families of the sinners are not cut off but God places
his face against them (a sign of anger). The families are
punished for not stopping the person (by violently protesting)

 4-19-13(a TAMAY person) shall be cut off..he defiled the MISKAN
