VERSE: Ex21-21b

RULE: Biblical laws usually apply to all people. When the law
if formulated with the word "HIS" it only applies to violations
in HIS domain. (There are 3 cases presented below)

EXAMPLES:
--------
(1) Murder and Kidnapping apply to everybody (no "HIS" in law)
Ex21-12  When a person hit a          man
Ex21-16  When a person steal          a person

(2) Penalties for Cursing or hitting a parent or slave only
apply when done to HIS parents or HIS slave (eg no death
penalty for cursing someone elses parents)

Ex21-15  When a person hit     HIS    parents
Ex21-17  When a person curses  HIS    parents
Ex21-20  When a person hits    HIS    slave
Ex21-21  ....because he is     HIS    property

(3) All laws that are formulated using the phrase "HIS COLLEAGUE"
apply only when done to HIS nation (fellow Jews)(So eg there is
no death penalty for killing a non jew)

Ex21-14  When a person hit     HIS    Colleague   HIS nation
Ex21-18  When a person hits    HIS    Colleague   HIS Nation
