VERSE: Gn21-12a

RULE: The phrase "HEAR VOICE OF" (vs HEAR) has a connotation of
listening to SOMETHING COMMANDED (such as a prophetic order or
orders in general).

EXAMPLES

(2) Ex15-26 "If you will listen to GODS VOICE(Prophecy)"
(3) Dt21-18 "He doesn't LISTEN TO THE VOICE of his parents"*3
