Rashi teaches the standard grammatical rule of
putting in an extra TAV"" when using the HITPAEL
form of a root whose FIRST letter is "TZADE"


So the proper conjugation is
H-Th-[L]-[B]-[Sh] for the root [L]-[B]-[Sh] but
H-[Tz]-T-[D]-[K] for the root [Tz]-[D]-[K])


Note these rules are now well known and can be learned
from any standard Hebrew grammar text.
