Pay-Lamed-Lamed  in the ACTIVE mode means JUDGE
Pay-Lamed-Lamed  in the INTERACTIVE MODE means PRAY for CLEMENCY

There are only two Rashis -- but Radack is very thorough on this
root. We have many times been enriched by the combination of

   Hence HITPALEL means to INTERACTIVELY JUDGE YOURSELF before God
   As Radack says
