But Rashi held that
        >The infinitive = BE INVOLVED in doing
A typical example might be

The answer to yesterdays question is that Rashi simply says
Be involved in saying the Priestly blessing--but I
suppose that this means we should say it EVERY DAY

Notice that on Example 6 Rashi simply says that it is an
ongoing activity but DOES NOT GIVE SPECIFIC LAWS. I would
suppose this means that we should remember what the Midianites
did (They sent seductive women on us and the resulting plague
cost us 24,000) and eg destroy the Midianites the way we are
suppose to remember what Amalek did to us and destroy them
