VERSE: Lv19-16a

RULE: The unified meaning of the Hebrew root R-C-L is
a person who roams and transfers items

EXAMPLES
--------
(1) The Hebrew word R-C-L can mean a
travelling market MERCHANT who sells WARES

(2) The Hebrew word R-C-L can also mean a SLANDERER: a
travelling SPY / YENTA who sells or gives SECRETS & INFORMATION

NOTES:
-----
*1 In many verses the VERBS "SLANDER" and "WALKING"
occur together (Showing that TAILBEARING is more than
just slandering---it also involves "roaming and talking")

*2 We find verses (2S19-28) where the word "ROAM" is used
to means "SLANDER". In such a case the word "ROAM" literally
means to "SPY". In fact part of "SLANDERING" is "poking into
things that are none of your business"

*3 According to Jewish law there are 3 separate sins classified
   as SLANDER
   (3a) Maligning somebody
(3b) Telling truths about somebody that will harm them
(3c) Telling truths about somebody, that aren't bad, but will
damage him if told to certain people (such as DOEGS
statement that the Priest city, NOV, gave David food
        which aroused Saul's anger).
