APPLICATION

Hence Lv26-46a says "These are the commandments and PRINCIPLES
that God spoke to Moses at Mount Sinai"

Since the verse calls the Biblical chapters PRINCIPLES we infer
that Moses was also taught the LEGAL DERIVATION of all the detailed
oral laws from the Biblical verses--hence,from the fact that
the verse calls the Torah PRINCIPLES we infer that both the
Biblical text and the derived laws were given at Sinai

In the examples below we show all verses with the word Torah
The word Torah in them can mean BIBLE, CHAPTER or PRINCIPLE*1
