Chapters Nu07 thru Nu08-04 deal with one theme
        >What each tribe brought to the temple

*Chapter Nu07 shows that the princes brought various
symbolic MATERIALS such as
        >Animals for sacrifices
        >Temple utensils
        >Incense for the offerings

*By contrast the Priesthood brought OBJECTS
        >Explanations and clarifications of these symbols*

  >light the candellabrah = shed light on the meaning of sacrifices
Thus the other tribes merely provided raw symbolic materials
while Aarons job was to explain the meaning of these symbols.
This is consistent with the verse

        Torah-Instruction is sought from HIM
        for he is an Angel of God
