VERSE: Nu13-03b

RULE: The plural word for MAN, ANSHIM, always denotes
Righteous people.

The examples below are verses with the word "MEN"
In each verse the word "MEN" is used and Rashi interprets
it to mean RIGHTEOUS MEN

EXAMPLES:
1) JUDGES should be righteous (Dt01-13);

2) Soldiers for Amalek should be Righteous to
withstand temptation (Ex17-09)

3) Soldiers for Midyan should be Righteous to withstand
temptation  (Nu31-03)

4) The spies were selected based on their righteous (Nu13-03).

NOTES:
-----
*1 In the main posting we analyze alternate methods
   of denoting soldiers and see that "MEN" is simply
   one form and dentoes righteous people
