Subject: Isiah 6:2

QUESTION: Why do the Angels in Isa6-2 cover their feet?

ANSWER:
. This is answered by Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch
(though I forget the exact source) in his commentary on the Bible. Rav
Hirsch says that the ideal way to serve God is to do his will (a) without
asking WHERE you are going (covering your face)
(b) without asking the PERILS OF
THE JOURNEY (covering the feet).
(c) but simply doing Gods will (2 wings to fly)

In passing if anyone can point out WHERE Rav Hirsch says this I would be
indebted.
