VERY BRIEF SUMMARY

Ex25-02:03 speaks about VOLUNTARY DONATIONS of
silver; by contrast Ex30-11:16 speaks about
REQUIRED TAXES of silver. Which is it? Is the
silver VOLUNTARY or REQUIRED.

The is resolved by Ex39-25:28 which explains
that the TAXED silver was used for the silver
hooks and silver supports for the beams. The
VOLUNTARY silver DONATIONS was used for making
the utensils such as the bowls and spoons
(eg Nu07-13)
