RULE: The phrase "seek God" is used both to describe
(a) Prayer
(b) Seeking prophetic advice
We even have people who BOTH prayed and sought prophetic advice*2
Hence the verse "she went to seek God" means "she went to
pray for guidance and seek advice from a prophet"*4 *5

Apparently WALKING TO SEEK GOD means to "GO SOMEPLACE".
Rashi suggested she went to the University of Shem and Ever
where Gods ways were taught. That Shem and Ever founded such
a university can be proved from other Rashis and will be done
at a later date
