VERSE: Gn39-16a

RULE: There are 3 words for husband.

EXAMPLES
--------
(1) BAAL=Husband(Normal term);
(2) ISHI=husband as coworker;
(3) ADN=husband as master.*1

NOTES
-----
*1 Note the pun in the verse
   "And she held his stripped garment till HIS master came home"

    The pun is "HIS master" but not "HER master(=husband)" The
    woman was a shrew and could not accept anyone as a master

    (In a rather rare form of style several other 'adult'
     snotty comments are made by Rashi regarding her)
