VERSE: Gn44-13b

RULE: You can indicate going TO a place by 2 methods

EXAMPLES
--------
(1) Place the letter LAMED before the word
For example, L-Mitzrayim means TO MITZRAYIM

(2) Place the letter HAY after the word
For example, MITRAYMAH means TO MITZRAYIM

NOTES
-----
The "HAY at end" Method connotes more going to the
OUTSKIRTS of a place while "LAMED at beginning"
connotes more going to the heart of a place

Rashi may further explain in certain verses why
one form vs the other is used. Consult the postings
for details.
