Rashi interprets the 3 prohibitions in Lv18-07:Lv18-08
climatically

1) Prohibtion with fathers wife = Adultery AND incest
2) Prohibition with mother(after fathers death)=incest only
3) Prohibition with fathers wife after fathers death
(This last prohibition is NEITHER incest nor adultery)
