RULE: The meaning of the Hebrew word "NTN" depends on the
connective word that follows it
(a) "NTN" TO means GIVE TO
(b) "NTN" IN means to PLACE IN a place(when speaking about a place)
(c) "NTN" IN means to GIVE RESPONSIBILITY or RIGHTS
