RULE: The Hebrew root Sh-V-H has 4 meanings with a unifying theme
of RETURNING. Reviewing these 4 meanings we see that only
one of them fits Nu10-36

        "When the Arc of God is not in battle (Moses said)
        Be TRANQUIL, God, with the myriads and thousands of Jews"

Such a concept (God being tranquil with the Jews) occurs in several
other verses(Isa30-15, Lv26-06(Rashi), Hos12-07, Nu06-24:26)
